I don't think the Bislett or Lillestrom stadiums will be used, but there are other new facilities:
Telenor Arena (15,000 seats)
Jorma Alfi (4,500 seats)
Valle Hovin Speed Skating Track (12,000) - a new roof is planned
Oslo Spectrum (7,000 seats)
Another indoor arena for Valerenga IsHockey or Manglerud Star, and you have the necessary 5 indoor arenas - 1xFigure Skating, 2xIce Hockey, 1xCurling, 1xSpeed Skating.
Holmenkollen can be used for ceremonies and ski jumping, and the Nordic events.
With the new and larger Gardermoen International Airport, it will be a very strong candidate
